About this filing
A 5% ownership report (short form): an investor holding 5% or more of the company's voting shares reports its stake or a change in it. The short form is used by passive holders, such as institutions with no intent to influence management.
Why companies file it: Anyone crossing 5% must report, and must report again for each change of 1 percentage point or more.
