(Note 2) On June 30, 2026, the business day before the final order date (July 1, 2026), the Company calculated the number of shares to apply for by dividing the then-remaining unacquired amount by that day's closing price (KRW 1,427) and submitted trade applications to the Korea Exchange; as a result of orders, amendments and executions on the final order date amid a rising share price, the total acquisition value slightly exceeded (by KRW 755,590) the planned acquisition amount.
