5. Other matters for reference in investment decisions * The per-share issue price in this notice is the first-stage issue price; the final issue price will be announced on August 11, 2026 under the formula below. Under Article 5-18 of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, the price-setting procedure for shareholder-allotment rights offerings has been abolished and pricing has been liberalized, so the issue price may in principle be set freely. However, due to concerns about market disruption and existing practice, the Company will apply, by analogy, part of the method under Article 57 of the former Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities when setting the issue price.
Basis for calculating the final issue price: 1) First issue price: Using the third trading day before the new-share allotment record date as the base date, the reference price is the lower of (i) the simple average of the one-month volume-weighted average price, the one-week volume-weighted average price, and the base-date volume-weighted average price, all computed on the KOSDAQ market, and (ii) the base-date volume-weighted average price. The first issue price is then determined by the formula below, applying a discount rate of 25% (amounts below the quotation unit are rounded up to the nearest quotation unit, and if the resulting price is at or below par value, par value applies). First issue price = Reference price x (1 - discount rate) / [1 + (rights-offering ratio x discount rate)]
2) Second issue price: Using the third trading day before the first day of subscription by existing shareholders as the base date, the reference price is the lower of (i) the simple average of the one-week volume-weighted average price and the base-date volume-weighted average price, both computed on the KOSDAQ market, and (ii) the base-date volume-weighted average price. The second issue price is then determined by the formula below, applying a discount rate of 25% (amounts below the quotation unit are rounded up to the nearest quotation unit, and if the resulting price is at or below par value, par value applies). Second issue price = Reference price x (1 - discount rate)
3) Final issue price: The lower of the first and second issue prices is the final issue price. However, under Article 165-6 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act and Article 5-15-2 of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, if the lower of the first and second issue prices is lower than the price obtained by applying a 40% discount to the volume-weighted average price from the third to the fifth trading day before the subscription date, that 40%-discounted price becomes the final issue price instead (amounts below the quotation unit are rounded up to the nearest quotation unit, and if the resulting price is below par value, par value applies). Final issue price = MAX[MIN(first issue price, second issue price), 60% of the reference price]
The final issue price will be determined on the third trading day before the first day of subscription by existing shareholders, disclosed on the Financial Supervisory Service's DART system, and also posted on the Company's website (www.sensor-view.com) in lieu of individual notice.
