Confirmation date: 2026-07-22 5. Other matters for investment reference: ※ The confirmed per-share issue price in this notice was calculated on 2026-07-22 using the formula below. Under Article 5-18 of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, etc. (determination of the issue price for rights offerings), the discount rate etc. for a shareholder-allotment rights offering has been deregulated and may in principle be set freely; however, to avoid market disruption and in line with existing practice, the company applies, by analogy, part of the former Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities (Securities) Article 57, as follows: (1) First-stage issue price: using the 3rd trading day before the new-share allotment record date as the base date, the lower of (i) the arithmetic mean of the volume-weighted average closing price over the most recent 1 month and the most recent 1 week together with the closing price on the base date, and (ii) the closing price on the base date, is used as the base share price, to which a 20% discount rate is applied under the formula below, to give the first-stage issue price. Amounts below the quotation unit are rounded up, and if the resulting per-share issue price would be below par value, par value is used instead. ▶ First-stage issue price = [Base share price x (1 - discount rate)] / [1 + (rights-offering ratio x discount rate)] (2) Second-stage issue price: using the 3rd trading day before the existing-shareholders' subscription date as the base date, the same 20% discount rate is applied to the lower of (i) the arithmetic mean of the volume-weighted average closing price over the most recent 1 week and the closing price on the base date, and (ii) the closing price on the base date, under the formula below. Amounts below the quotation unit are rounded up, and if the resulting per-share issue price would be below par value, par value is used instead. ▶ Second-stage issue price = Base share price x (1 - discount rate) (3) Confirmed issue price: the lower of the first-stage and second-stage issue prices becomes the confirmed issue price. However, under Article 165-6 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act and Article 5-15-2 of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, etc., if that lower price is below the price obtained by applying a 40% discount rate to the volume-weighted average share price from the 3rd to the 5th trading day before the subscription date, then that latter 40%-discounted price becomes the confirmed issue price instead (amounts below the quotation unit are rounded up to the quotation unit, and if below par value, par value is used). ▶ ※ The general-public-offering issue price will apply the same confirmed issue price used for the existing-shareholders' subscription.
