II. Changes in major shareholders' equity stakes In this merger, Sungchang Enterprise Holdings Co., Ltd. owns 100% of the issued shares of GC Global Co., Ltd., and the merger proceeded as a no-new-share merger with a merger ratio of 1:0, issuing no new merger shares.
