The recent revenue in item 2 above is based on the consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025. The termination date in item 6 above is the date on which the ordering party (the association) notified its termination decision. On 2015. 10. 17., the Company was selected as the contractor for the Sangdaewon District 2 Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association (the "Association"). The Association subsequently carried out various approvals, including an amendment to the project implementation plan and an amendment to the management and disposal plan, and the Company also completed demolition work and all other preparations for starting construction. At its general meeting on 2026. 4. 11., the Association resolved to terminate the construction contract with the Company. The Company plans to pursue legal action, including confirmation of its contractor status, in response to the Association's decision to terminate the construction contract. The Company's provisional injunction application to suspend the effect of the general meeting resolution and the construction-contract termination notice, filed against the Association, was granted (2026.04.29), temporarily restoring the Company's status as contractor.
