Other matters for reference in investment decisions <Calculation of the final issue price> The final issue price is calculated pursuant to the calculation basis under Article 5-18 of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, etc. (Determination of Rights-Offering Issue Price), using as the base price the volume-weighted average price for the 3rd to 5th trading days before the subscription date, with a 20% discount rate applied. Accordingly, the final issue price, calculated by applying a 20% discount rate to the volume-weighted average price for the 3rd to 5th trading days before the first day of the general-public subscription, will be disclosed on the Financial Services Commission (Financial Supervisory Service) Electronic Disclosure System and posted on the company's website (https://www.utikorea.com) in lieu of individual notification.
