3. Par value (KRW): 100
4. Date finalized: 2026-08-10
5. Other matters for investment decisions The issue price may in principle be set freely under Article 5-18 of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, which abolished the mandatory pricing procedure and liberalized price-setting for rights offerings to existing shareholders; however, to avoid market confusion and in line with existing practice, the company set the issue price by partially applying the method under Article 57 of the former Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities.
Basis for the final issue price: 1) First-stage issue price: Using the 3rd trading day before the record date for the new share allotment as the base date, the reference price is the lower of (i) the simple average of the 1-month, 1-week, and base-date volume-weighted average closing prices on the KOSDAQ market, and (ii) the base-date volume-weighted average closing price. The price is then set by the formula below, applying a 25% discount rate (rounded up to the nearest tradable unit if below it; set to par value if the result is at or below par value). First-stage issue price = Reference price x (1 - discount rate) / [1 + (capital increase ratio x discount rate)]
2) Second-stage issue price: Using the 3rd trading day before the first day of subscription by existing shareholders as the base date, the reference price is the lower of (i) the simple average of the 1-week and base-date volume-weighted average closing prices, and (ii) the base-date volume-weighted average closing price. The price is then set by the formula below, applying a 25% discount rate (same rounding rules). Second-stage issue price = Reference price x (1 - discount rate)
3) Final issue price: The lower of the first-stage and second-stage issue prices becomes the final issue price. However, under Article 165-6 of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act and Article 5-15-2 of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, if that lower price is below the price obtained by applying a 40% discount to the volume-weighted average price from the 3rd to the 5th trading day before the subscription date, the latter (40%-discounted) price becomes the final issue price (same rounding rules; floor at par value). Final issue price = MAX[MIN(first-stage issue price, second-stage issue price), 60% of reference price]
The final issue price was determined on the 3rd trading day before the first day of subscription by existing shareholders and will be disclosed on DART; it will also be posted on the company's website (www.sensor-view.com) in lieu of individual notice.
