8. Other matters material to investment decisions 1. The termination amount in item 2 "Termination details" above is the full KRW-converted amount of the contract value of EUR 54,669,432. (Applicable exchange rate: the first-quoted buying/selling base rate of KEB Hana Bank as of 2025.09.02, 1 EUR = KRW 1,630.78) 2. The termination amount in item 2 "Termination details" above excludes value-added tax (VAT), and the recent revenue figure is based on the 2024 consolidated financial statements. 3. The counterparty named in item 3 above is the entrusted contracting party for this matter; the main contracting party (the ordering party) is the ITER International Organization. 4. The company received a notice of contract termination from the counterparty (Korea Institute of Fusion Energy), but there is a disagreement with the counterparty over the reason for and responsibility for this contract termination. 5. Accordingly, the company is reviewing active responses, including future legal proceedings, to protect its rights and interests. 6. The company will promptly make a follow-up disclosure if any specific developments arise regarding the progress of its future response and related matters.
