In performing this valuation, this appraiser used the discounted cash flow (DCF) method among income-approach valuation methods. This appraiser utilized the financial data, future investment and business plans, various statistical data and market analysis data of the relevant industry presented by your company. As a result of this appraiser's analysis, the value of the business division subject to transfer as of the valuation reference date was calculated to be in the range of KRW 3,616 million to KRW 4,268 million. This appraiser, from an independent standpoint, reviewed the reasonableness of the various assumptions and the validity of the underlying data presented by your company, and on that basis assessed the value of your company's business division subject to transfer. Accordingly, if there is a change in the data presented by your company, or if there is a change in the various assumptions, such as future estimated performance, exchange rates, interest rates, economic growth rates, domestic inflation rates, market conditions, and other domestic and international macroeconomic conditions, the valuation results may change accordingly, and the difference may be material.
