Other matters for reference in investment decisions <Basis for determining the final issue price> The final issue price is calculated pursuant to Article 5-18 (Determination of the Issue Price for Rights Offerings) of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, applying a 25% discount to the weighted arithmetic average share price on the Exchange from the 3rd to the 5th trading day before the subscription date as the reference price. Accordingly, the Company will calculate the final issue price by applying a 25% discount to the weighted arithmetic average share price from the 3rd to the 5th trading day before the first day of the general public offering subscription, disclose it on the Financial Services Commission (Financial Supervisory Service) Data Analysis, Retrieval and Transfer System (DART), and post it on the Company's website (http://www.hankookam.com) in lieu of individual notice.
