Amendment Report (Disclosure) August 21, 2026

1. Disclosure document subject to amendment: Material event report (decision to acquire shares and equity securities of another company) 2. Initial filing date of the disclosure document subject to amendment: August 23, 2024

3. Amended items (due to execution of an amendment agreement to the share transfer agreement) Item 13 (Whether a put option or other contract has been concluded), contract details:

Before (original terms covering the management shareholder and employee shareholders jointly; the put/call-eligible shares were defined as: management shareholder 42,000 common shares, employee shareholder 1 (Park XX) 3,000 common shares, employee shareholder 2 (Jo XX) 1,000 common shares): [Put option of the management shareholder and employee shareholders], During the put-option exercise period, the management shareholder and employee shareholders may sell all or part of the Company shares they hold to the investor. Once notice of exercise is given and received, a share purchase agreement is deemed executed on the date of receipt, to be completed within one month of that deemed date. [Put option of employee shareholder Park XX], During the put-option exercise period, this employee shareholder may sell all or part of the 3,000 common shares held to the investor, on the same deemed-execution and one-month completion terms. [Call option of the management shareholder], If the management shareholder's and/or employee shareholders' put options are exercised but the resulting sale is not completed within one month, the management shareholder may buy all or part of the investor's shares, on the same deemed-execution and one-month completion terms. [Call option of the investor], During the call-option exercise period, the investor may buy all or part of the shares held by the management shareholder and/or employee shareholders, on the same deemed-execution and one-month completion terms.

After (following the August 21, 2026 amendment agreement, which terminates and removes the former management-shareholder provisions, including the management shareholder's call option, and replaces the employee shareholder Park XX provisions in full): [Put option of employee shareholder], covers the same 3,000 common shares, exercisable in two tranches: 50% between April 1 and May 31, 2027, and the remaining 100% between April 1 and May 31, 2028; same deemed-execution and one-month completion terms. Per-share exercise price formula: [EBITDA for the fiscal year preceding exercise × 14, if that EBITDA is KRW 3 billion or less] minus interest-bearing borrowings per the Company's K-IFRS financial statements for that preceding year plus the Company's excess cash as of the end of that preceding year, divided by the Company's fully diluted total shares outstanding. [Call option of management shareholder]: Deleted, this provision has lapsed following completion of the former management shareholder's exit. [Call option of the investor], covers the same 3,000 employee-shareholder common shares, exercisable in the same two tranches (50% in the first period, 100% of the remainder in the second period); if a competing put and call exercise occurs, the party exercising the larger quantity governs. [Adjustment of the option exercise price for special employment conditions]: If the employee shareholder resigns voluntarily within 2 years of this amendment agreement, or is terminated for a material violation of law, the articles, the shareholders' agreement, or employment obligations, the exercise price reverts to the original formula using a 9.5x EBITDA multiple (rather than the 14~17x range) as of the year preceding resignation; if termination is involuntary within that 2-year window, the amended multiple range (14x-17x) continues to apply.
