(1) Overview The Company, through a board resolution on March 25, 2026, disclosed a "Rights Offering Decision (Public Offering of Forfeited Shares After Shareholder Allocation)."

Reason for withdrawal Through a board resolution on March 25, 2026, the Company decided to carry out a rights offering by way of public offering of forfeited shares after shareholder allocation for the purpose of raising working capital and debt repayment funds, and first filed a securities registration statement on March 26, 2026. Subsequently, during the public offering process, the Company filed amended registration statements twice, on April 21, 2026 and May 21, 2026, and on June 8, 2026 received a request from the Financial Supervisory Service to submit a further amended registration statement. The Company continued to carry out the requested supplementary review, but as the related review and screening process was prolonged, it became difficult to proceed with the originally planned schedule for the rights offering, and uncertainty over the timing of fundraising and the use-of-proceeds plan also continued. The Company accordingly consulted with the lead underwriter and comprehensively reviewed the Company's financial condition, market conditions, the need for and timing of fundraising, and the use-of-proceeds plan. As a result, the Company determined that it would better serve the interests of the Company and its shareholders to withdraw the current public rights offering and reconsider an appropriate fundraising plan suited to the Company's circumstances going forward, rather than continuing to pursue the offering at this time, and accordingly decided to withdraw the public rights offering.
