Other matters for reference in investment decisions The final issue price is set in accordance with Article 5-18 (Determination of Issue Price for Rights Offerings), Paragraph 1, of the "Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, etc." The reference price is the weighted arithmetic average share price from the 3rd to the 5th trading day before the subscription date, and the final issue price is set at a 10% discount to that reference price; provided, however, that amounts below the quotation unit are rounded up to the nearest quotation unit, and if the resulting price is below the par value, the par value shall be used as the issue price.
