Other matters for reference in investment decisions <Calculation of the final issue price> The final issue price is calculated pursuant to the calculation method in Article 5-18 (Determination of Issue Price for Rights Offerings) of the Regulation on Issuance and Disclosure of Securities, Etc., which applies a 25% discount to the base price -- the volume-weighted arithmetic average closing price from the 3rd to the 5th trading day before the subscription date. Accordingly, the final issue price will be calculated by applying a 20% discount (as stated in the filing) to the volume-weighted arithmetic average closing price from the 3rd to the 5th trading day before the first day of the general public offering subscription, and will be disclosed on the Financial Services Commission (Financial Supervisory Service) DART electronic disclosure system and posted on the company's website (http://www.davolink.co.kr) in lieu of individual notice.
