The price shall be the arithmetic average of the weighted arithmetic averages of the closing prices traded in the securities market on each day published over the past 2 months (or, if there is an adjustment to the trading reference price due to ex-dividend or ex-rights during such period and the period from the ex-dividend or ex-rights date to the day before the board resolution date is 7 days or more, such period), the past 1 month (or, if there is an adjustment to the trading reference price due to ex-dividend or ex-rights during such period and the period from the ex-dividend or ex-rights date to the day before the board resolution date is 7 days or more, such period), and the past 1 week, weighted by actual transaction volume.
