This paid-in capital increase decision is a small-scale public offering conducted pursuant to Article 130 of the Capital Markets and Financial Investment Business Act (Recruitment and Sale Without Submission of Registration Statement) with a public offering amount of less than 3 billion won, without submission of a securities registration statement.

A. Issuance Price Calculation Method

■ Planned Issuance Price The Company shall calculate the planned issuance price per share for this paid-in capital increase by applying a 10% discount rate in accordance with the issuance price calculation method for paid-in capital increase by general public offering under Article 5-18 of the Regulations on Issuance and Public Disclosure of Securities. The planned issuance price shall be calculated with the initial board resolution date as the base date, using the weighted arithmetic average stock price from the 3rd to 5th trading days prior to the base date as the reference stock price, and applying a 10% discount rate. However, amounts less than the quotation unit shall be rounded up to the quotation unit, and if the price is below par value, par value shall be the issuance price.

■ Confirmed Issuance Price The confirmed issuance price shall be determined pursuant to Article 5-18(1) of the Regulations on Issuance and Public Disclosure of Securities (Determination of Issuance Price for Paid-in Capital Increase), using the weighted arithmetic average stock price from the 3rd to 5th trading days prior to the subscription date as the reference stock price, with a 10% discount applied as the confirmed issuance price. However, amounts less than the quotation unit shall be rounded up to the quotation unit, and if the price is below par value, par value shall be the issuance price.

B. Subscription Handling - Subscription Period: September 7, 2026, September 8, 2026 (2 business days) - Subscription Location: Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. head and branch offices, HTS, MTS, etc. - Fund Payment Bank: Shinhan Bank Yangjae Station Financial Center

C. Subscription Result Allocation Method

1) If the number of shares subscribed by subscribers exceeds the number of shares offered for public offering, allocation shall be made as follows: (a) First Stage Allocation: If the total number of subscribed shares exceeds the number of shares offered, allocation shall be made on a pro-rata basis following the 5-to-6 principle according to the subscription competition rate to minimize remaining shares. (b) Second Stage Allocation: If final remaining shares exist after first stage allocation, allocation shall be made by lottery.

2) Priority allocation shall be made sequentially from the largest subscriber; however, if the number of largest subscribers at the same rank exceeds the final remaining shares, the subscription handling company shall allocate by random lottery method.

3) Handling of Unexercised Shares: If the total number of subscribed shares falls short of the number of shares offered, allocation shall be made according to the number of subscribed shares, and unsubscribed shares shall be treated as unissued without separate board resolution.

D. Matters Regarding Substitution and Return of Subscription Earnest Money

1) Subscription earnest money shall be substituted with payment on the payment date, and no interest shall be paid from the subscription date to the payment date.

2) In accordance with Article 137(1)(3-2) of the Enforcement Decree of the Capital Markets and Financial Investment Business Act, a subscription agency agreement (subscription service delegation agreement) has been entered into with Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. regarding deposit, custody, and return of subscription earnest money to investors. Accordingly, withdrawal of excess subscription money shall be restricted for purposes other than withdrawal of excess subscription money until return of excess subscription money, and excess subscription money shall be transferred in a lump sum to subscribers at the subscription earnest money management office on the excess subscription money refund date. Subscription earnest money exceeding allocated shares is scheduled to be returned on September 10, 2026.

3) If subscription earnest money requiring return arises due to non-allocation because the number of subscribed shares exceeds the number of shares to be offered, return notice shall be posted on the Daishin Securities website (http://www.daishin.com) on September 10, 2026, in lieu of individual notice.

F. Other Matters

1) Subscription earnest money shall be substituted with payment on the fund payment date, and subscription earnest money shall be interest-free.

2) The small-scale public offering disclosure documents related to this paid-in capital increase shall be submitted through the Financial Supervisory Service electronic disclosure system by three days before the commencement of recruitment in accordance with Article 130 of the Capital Markets Act and Article 137 of its Enforcement Decree.

3) The final total amount raised in this paid-in capital increase shall be calculated by multiplying the confirmed issuance price by the final number of issued shares. If the confirmed issuance price changes such that the sum of this offering amount and the amount of recruitment and sales for which no securities registration statement was submitted over the past one year from the commencement of recruitment becomes 3 billion won or more, the final number of issued shares shall be adjusted so that the sum becomes less than 3 billion won, and related contents shall be corrected and publicly disclosed.
