Wonlim makes industrial plastic packaging bags, the heavy-duty polypropylene and polyethylene sacks used to contain and transport bulk goods, and supplies them to industrial customers across South Korea.

Listed on KOSPI, South Korea's main stock exchange, the company also earns income from leasing office and factory space, provides venture and corporate lending through a financial-investment arm, and distributes orthopedic joint-replacement implants through a medical-devices unit. Its core business is the industrial packaging operation, which the company estimates holds a dominant share of the domestic market for its main bag products.
