Shinwon

Shinwon makes knitwear and sweaters for major international retailers, and also operates a portfolio of domestic fashion brands targeting young Korean adults.

Listed on KOSPI, Korea's main stock exchange, it supplies garments on an OEM/ODM basis, meaning it manufactures to buyers' designs or develops its own, to large overseas retail chains, while distributing its own clothing labels through department stores and dealerships across South Korea. The export business, run through overseas production facilities in Central America and Southeast Asia, accounts for the larger share of revenue, with the domestic fashion segment making up the remainder.
