Its clients are primarily institutional investors, and it is listed on KOSPI, Korea's main stock exchange. The business operates across three units: a private equity fund management arm, a venture capital subsidiary focused on small and mid-sized companies, and an alternative asset management subsidiary covering infrastructure and real estate.
