Seoul Guarantee Insurance provides surety and guarantee insurance, policies that protect one party in a transaction if the other fails to meet their obligations, to businesses and individuals across South Korea.

Policyholders range from contractors and financial institutions to everyday consumers engaging in credit-based transactions. Listed on KOSPI, South Korea's main stock exchange, it is the only licensed comprehensive guarantee insurer in the country under the Insurance Business Act, giving it a singular position in the domestic market. Revenue comes from two streams: premiums earned on guarantee policies and investment income generated from managing those premium funds.
