HDC Hyundai Engineering Plastics makes plastic materials, including polypropylene-based compounds and polystyrene resins, used in car parts, consumer electronics components, building materials, and everyday goods.

It supplies manufacturers in the automotive, electronics, and construction industries, both domestically and through exports, and is listed on KOSPI, Korea's main stock exchange. Its largest business segment, which supplies polyolefin-based plastic materials, accounts for the majority of its revenue, with a smaller polystyrene segment and a building-materials piping segment making up the rest.
