Mcnex makes compact camera modules, the small assemblies that let smartphones, cars, and other devices capture images, and supplies them to smartphone makers and the automotive industry.

Listed on KOSPI, Korea's main stock exchange, it sits in the component supply chain between image-sensor and lens makers upstream and device manufacturers downstream. The bulk of its business comes from mobile camera modules, though it also supplies camera modules for vehicles, where advanced driver-assistance systems are driving demand for more cameras per car.
