MegaMD provides test-preparation and professional-licensing education to university students and working adults in South Korea, listed on KOSDAQ, the country's tech and small-cap exchange.

Its courses cover entry into law school, bar and patent-attorney examinations, and medical-school admissions tests, as well as licensing programmes for real-estate agents, social workers, childcare teachers, and Korean-language instructors. Instruction is delivered through both online and offline channels, with companion textbooks supplied alongside courses. The professional-examination segment accounts for the larger share of revenue, with the licensing segment making up the remainder.
