New Power Plasma makes the power and cleaning modules that sit inside the machines used to deposit thin films and etch circuit patterns onto semiconductor and display panels, the core steps in chip and screen manufacturing.

It supplies these components to equipment makers, who in turn ship their machines to chipmakers and display manufacturers, and is listed on KOSDAQ, South Korea's tech-focused small-cap exchange. Its two main product lines are remote plasma generators, which clean residue from process chambers, and radio-frequency power supply modules, which generate the plasma needed for deposition and etching.
