Waps makes specialty polymer materials used inside golf balls, specifically the mantle and cover layers that give a ball its resilience and durability, as well as separator materials for lithium-ion batteries, synthetic-leather and interior materials for automobiles, and composite cladding panels for building exteriors.

Its golf-ball materials are supplied to major global golf-equipment brands, while its other product lines serve the automotive and construction industries. Listed on KOSDAQ, Korea's tech and small-cap board, the company operates production facilities domestically and through an overseas manufacturing subsidiary in Vietnam.
