PCL makes diagnostic test kits and instruments that detect infectious diseases, cancers, and other conditions from a blood sample, without surgery or a laboratory send-out.

Its products are used to screen blood supplies for high-risk viruses and to run point-of-care tests (rapid bedside or clinic tests) for conditions ranging from influenza to several cancer types, and it also supplies diagnostic kits for companion animals. Listed on KOSDAQ, Korea's tech and small-cap board, the company has expanded beyond diagnostics into supplying medicines for chronic diseases and into antimicrobial film materials and cosmetics derived from its core materials technology.
