Actro makes the tiny mechanical parts inside smartphone camera modules that allow a camera to focus automatically, stabilize shaky images, and zoom using a folded optical path, components known as AF, OIS, and Folded Zoom actuators.

It supplies these parts as a first-tier vendor to major smartphone makers and also provides the automated production equipment used to manufacture them. Listed on KOSDAQ, South Korea's tech-focused small-cap exchange, the company derives its core revenue from camera module components while running a separate automated-equipment business built on production systems it developed in-house.
