Black YAK I&C develops and makes personal protective equipment, safety boots, protective clothing, helmets, gloves, and industrial respirators, used by workers in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and firefighting.

It also designs and installs gas-based fire-suppression systems, which use mixed gases rather than water to extinguish fires in sensitive environments such as data centres and power facilities. The company operates two distinct business lines, industrial safety equipment and gas-based fire suppression, and is listed on KOSDAQ, South Korea's small-cap and technology-focused stock exchange.
